The photo is of Mickey Rooney and likely, Jack Davis, who, with Edsel Ford, promoted the Mercury line in 1939. Photo was taken at MGM studios, Rooney was at that time filming "Young Tom Edison" at Greenfield Village. Edsel Ford was president of both Ford and Lincoln at that time, his father Henry devoting his time and efforts exclusively to Greenfield Village. for this reason, Henry may well have dictated that Mickey be given the Lincoln.
