Looks like it might be Cape Cod in the background.

When I lived on the Cape there were a bunch of Massachusetts Beach Buggy Association (MBBA) who "toured" the beaches in Model As with "balloon" tires. Low air pressure, low horsepower, and light cars.

Same recipe as used at the "Race of Gentlemen" in Wildwood NJ.

You can always tell a sport coupe by the big rear window. I always thought the phaeton rear window should be bigger cause it's farther away
