‘86-87 F250 universal joints...

I just want to know if they are able to be lubricated. Mine are making a bit of noise so before I replace I want service if possible.

You will have to look at them to see if they have grease fittings.

Shake them (shafts) and if there is movement, they will need to replaced, usually due to lack of lubrication.
