I'm 90 and I sold my early '28 OCPU A year and a half ago because it was almost impossible for me to get in and out of and to drive it. I still have my '28 roadster which is a little easer for me to get in and out of and to drive with a thick pad on the seat.

I am only 86, will be 87 next month.

I still have my shop where I work on Model A's and build engines.

I'm 73 and still have my 30 coupe I bought when I was 12. Always maintained.

My best friend Mickey is 92 has 5 model A's and still drives them

I've got a friend that's 102 and still drives his Model A and Model T. Lives by him self and built a new two story house a few years ago. I've heard his eyesight is getting bad.

I have a 1930 Town Sedan which is still pretty much my daily driver....still do my own maintenance...must admit though it's getting harder to do a lube job....I'm 92 ..We need a doctors certificate every two years to renew our driver's license.

In my opinion, the way Model A's are driven would suit older drivers rather than modern cars. What do you think?

I will be 88 in April and I am still driving the '29 Business Coupe that my Grandpa gave to me when I turned 16. That Model A sparked an interest in Model A's the led to a lot more: Tudors, Fordors, Coupes, Cabriolets, Station Wagon and Speedsters.

I just turned 80, still driving my first car, a ‘29 Tudor, which I bought in 1961 at age 16. Still all original (both of us). I’ve bought and sold about 35 A’s over the years, but she’s the first and last and I will never sell her. Shows in my avatar.

I am 82 and still driving my 31 coupe and 29 speedster. Dknapp bought my first speedster, so I had to build another. Still building engines also.

Wow! So many of us are 80 plus years old and still driving and maintaining our A's. Maybe we should have a special chapter in MARC & MAFCA with special membership recognition for those youngsters 90 plus and 100 plus that still drive their A's. Thanks all for replying. For those in their 70s, enjoy your youth while you still have it!

This is one award I am hoping to postpone as long as possible. BUT-I am planning to go as long as possible before I have to sell my Barb...:(

Hats off to all you guys still driving your A's in your senior years.This is what keeps the hobby alive and going strong
