Is there any one that can rebuild a window regulator for the door windows on a 1946 Ford Convertible. Can't find part anywhere.

Maybe use a closed car regulator for parts to repair your conv. regulator.

Have you talked with Regulator Roy? He has many NOS regulators.

Often take old similar regulators apart for pieces, except for the drive gear off the handle shaft which get the brunt of the wear. Be aware Ford used a couple of different suppliers and their regulators vary slightly. You can get new drive gears from aftermarket suppliers, the number of teeth is very important, 6 is very common.

I have both door regulators for sale. Drivers door needs some repair...I have the part and will include it OR you take this piece from your old regulator.
