'35 and '36 Ford grilles

Someone has each listed on the V8 swap section, at $42,000. Each.

I sure hope that was a typo:eek:

Yep, and there's a reproduction '34 mirror clock just below it for $2600.
I can appreciate both ads for the smiles they brought to me. Hilarious.

Regarding that clock mirror advertised, the clock is an original. The mirror is a repro.

I looked that the clock ad a few times. I thought I was seeing double.

He must not want to sell them at that price.

I called about the mirror, he has an oceanfront condo in Arizona for sale also.

I'm sure it's a typo. If not the prices on parts aren't what they were 10 years ago.

Last Spring he advertised them for $2000 and $2500. Appears to not only have mistakenly added an extra "0" to the price but also indicated "ea" this time.

Deuce is correct. It makes me sad in that parts I bought and put on my cars in the past I way over paid for in todays market. The cars themselves have softened a bunch in price. However, I suppose the good news is that in the future if I want to buy a V8 Ford car or truck it shouldn't cost as much. At least in theory. All I really know is what I have isn't worth anything until I want to replace it.
