Don’t we all look back at opportunities lost. Mid 60’s my dad had a chance at a 53 Jag XK-120 roadster, good street condition, for $1000. He declined. That’s a $100k car today, more if well restored. 1970 I had an opportunity for a solid unmolested Model A ‘30 Cabriolet for $500. Passed it up for a Volvo. ‘nuff said. |
