Better pictures from 36 221 flathead Station Wagon carb. Guy I sold it to let it sit for several years due to health conditions and now needs a carb kit.

Please ID for me:

The original carb on a '36 221, was a Stromberg 97. Can't read the number on the side of the bowl in your picture, but assume that's what it is.

Yes, Stromburg 97. It has the choke hold open feature and the two position feature for the accelerator pump linkage.
