You can't see the wheel but the mirror on the right makes me think it's right hand drive. also the license plate, that would explain the weird architecture

The Ford AA truck has a Swedish license plate on the front. Despite driving on the left hand side of the road in Sweden, the vehicles were RHD.

It is interesting that Sweden drove on the left before switching to the driving on the right in the '40's.

Seems like using rhd to drive on the left is expected.
