Call Bert's in Denver. I'm pretty sure they still do them.

Gary, Model A carbs are pretty simple. So much good data on rebuilding them. While I've done many other carbs during my life, I just did my first Model A carb and it was easy and it runs like a champ. I did cheat a little and use all the flow tested jets from Renners.
A tip from our club's Model A Guru, don't use one of the thicker gaskets (copper) that mate the carb to the manifold. The thin gasket between the carb and the manifold will do nicely as long as you've flattened the mating surfaces. I also took time to flatten the mating surface of the carb halves. Good luck.

Good for you! I flow test all my own jets and have built many Zenith carbs. very simple and easy to do.

I’m so sorry Gary, my response was directed to Burgamot. My apologies.

There are many people here on the Barn that are technically astute. They can build a car from scratch given a hammer and screwdriver. But there are also people who need assistance with carburetors and other parts. It is wonderful that there is a support community for the Model A enthusiasts. People helping people.

Yes, it is unfortunate that the list of vendors and rebuilders that used to be at the top of the Main Model A page is no longer there. It was a great help finding the people you needed.
