Waterpump repair parts
 

Hello all
I am preparing a set of flathead waterpumps and would need the bearing/shaft only. Shaft diameter is 0,6263", bearing 1,181", length of bearing 1,531", front shaft around 1", rear shaft around 3" length.
Does anybody know a more modern vehicle that uses similar dimensions. Of course the front and rear shaftlength outside the bearing is only aproximately needed. I have found several similar bearings on light trucks and tractors but none had long enough shafts. I got several parts numbers from INA/Schaeffler but cannot find out, which car they belong to so the online search has no rewards for me. Maybe someone here knows a vehicle using a similar shaft/bearing combo. Thanks!

it is possible to get water pump bearing[s] with about 3" of shaft protruding from each end. These shafts are soft, easily machined to suit your particular application. Sorry, I do not have the part number, try your local bearing supplier, I machine these things up to suit whatever waterpump I am rebuilding.

I thought this must be available somewhere - I contact INA/Schaeffler now to get a bit more info if such a bearing/shaft is available here in Germany as well. I would even use chinese stuff but their websites are made by idiots not even mentioning vital measurements and due to the numbering no cross reverence possible...

G'day i'll put my "boffins white coat on",
As we have old bearing dimension catalogs going back to WW1 that'd list waterpump bearings in those dimensions BEWARE that there are ALOT of chinese copies of well known euro/jap/uk/usa waterpump/fan spindles DON'T USE THEM/STAY AWAY from them as the steel is far&way too soft for automotive waterpump application.

The problem lies in the overall length " Y" FAG/HOOVER-NSK" A Dimensions in RHP" waterpump bearing application/dimension catalogs, being 3" overall length.Are you prepared to machine/turn down the overall length or diameter of the bearing 1" or 1.531?,
I'm checking/looking in my waterpump bearingt dimension catalogs.I assume&think that originally FORD asked NDH to make& supply a wound journal roller bearing with use if a inner race/sleeve that the bearing fits/sits into?.

The problem is: bearing 1,181", length of bearing 1,531", front shaft around 1", rear shaft around 3" length, the closest i could find was in an old SKF automotive " bearings for motor vehicles 1982 " catalog number: 3295E , " GROUP 2 WATERPUMP BEARINGS",
Part number:395819AA ,
G-88514473.422 overall length & instead of 1" rear 30.559 mm,
It's the closest to 3" listed (actual overall length is : 68.1MM),
BUT the rest of the dimensions are what want/are seeking&wanting

Further to my post the CLOSEST to 3" overall length is RHP FPS832,
30X38.89X75.6 X27.01X15.9
