Gentlemen, does anyone recognize this dash rail?…approximately 43” wide…is it even T or A?

Neither. 'Sorry, I can't I.D. it, but it is not Model A or Model T.

It has a shape and raised stamping similar to ‘27-‘28 Dodge Brothers but I don’t think those had screw holes.
