Clutch pedal return spring '40 passenger

Does anyone have a pic or diagram showing how the clutch pedal spring connects? I ordered this one from Carpenter and the two hooks and one loop are confusing me. My clutch pedal is not returning all the way so that the rubber bumper rests on the floor board like the brake pedal does. Thanks

Here are two photographs that should help you. Note the hole atop the brace for one end of the spring to attach to.
I believe if you zoom in on the other photograph, you'll be able to see how the spring attaches to the clevis at the pedal.

Thank you. That helps a lot.

I also see that my brake line from master cylinder T fitting to driver side brake T fitting is routed wrong. I have it going over the cross brace and not through.

The loop winds up inside the spring convolutions. The convolutions end connects to a small hole in the frame cross brace directly to the rear of the clutch pedal.

Good word, "convolutions'. I looked it up: coils or twists.
