KR Wilson engine lifting bracket

1 Attachment(s)
I recently scored a repro KRW engine lifting bracket but the 2 knurled pins are missing. Can anyone advise the measures (or a simple drawing) for the pin so I can make them?

The pins are .500 x 2.375 that fit into the bracket and have a .750 x .500 length head. The over all length is 2.875 including the head .
A picture and let me know if I can help as I have a machine shop

Could somebody post a photo of one of these in action? I'm not seeing how it works.

It fits in the valley and the two pins drop inside the heat risers.

Yep. I believe you can flip it 180 degrees to have the motor angled either forward or back, right? The offset changes the angel the motor will hang.

Tim from my experience using the KR Wilson one I have if its turned around the lifting bracket will not sit flat on the inside surface of the valve chamber.

Perhaps in the other position it's for if a transmission is attached?

Ahh. Interesting. I don't own one, but I've thought that's how it worked. Thanks for setting me straight. I've been on the hunt for one for years. They've all seem to have disappeared.
