Mystery intake manifold 2 Attachment(s)
Yesterday I got an intake/exhaust manifold at a swap meet. The exhaust manifold part looks like a later model A manifold. However, the intake manifold is one I have never seen. It has a flat top and a couple bolt bosses on the firewall end. It might be a right hand drive unit and maybe a later manifold, i.e. Model B manifold. I took a couple picture of it and posted them below. It would be great if anyone would post what it is - year and usage.
Thanks Rusty Nelson |
Re: Mystery intake manifold Good Morning...The intake looks much like the B intake on my 1931 A. I run a B carburetor on a B intake. I think that is what you have. Others may know more. Ernie in Arizona

Re: Mystery intake manifold Rusty, there was a thread running for about the last week about Model B manifolds - might help out with the one you've got.

Re: Mystery intake manifold That is a "B" manifold.
I will be glad to trade an "A" manifold for it but if I were you, I would hang onto it. I run a "B" manifold and carburetor, much improved over the "A". My opinion, Chris W. |
