Repair of intake vacuum tap
 

I obtained a different intake manifold but the vacuum tap was completely rusted to the point of not removal. Did not want to use heat so here is what I did to repair the threads.

Did the same thing to an exhaust manifold where the intake bolts on. Tricky part was a perfect centering.

I set this up on my milling machine. Not too hard to get center once I milled it flat.
