36 body to frame. Which holes?

I am putting a 36 five window body on a 36 frame.
Does the cowl bolt to the front holes or the rear holes. It seems it needs to go to the front ones.
For the radiator I am thinking it should go to the rear holes, is this correct?
Should the rear two bumper brackets be bolted to the frame before putting the body on? Or does this matter?

There are two holes in the frame 2.5 inches apart, right where the cowl feet bolt to the frame. I always thought it was the rear two but now I’m thinking it might be the front two that the cowl bolts to.

OK, thanks.
That’s what I thought.
The rear bumper brackets that are still on the frame are not touching the body at the back

Ok, but the neoprene is a few different thickness . Not all the same thickness
