39-40 sedan seat difference

How much difference is there between 39 and 40 2dr sedan seats? I have a 39, and see there are seat covers for a 40. I'm sure, because I need seat covers for my 39, there is too much difference between the two. Thanks Ron

Seat cushions are similar. Backrests are very different.
