Need Help Identifying Kelsey Hayes (KH)) Wheel

I purchased what I though was a 16" KH wheel. After getting it home and looking closer, it is not Ford. Here are some of the dimensions and details I have of the wheel.

40 spokes
5 Lug holes
18-9/16" dia
5-3/16" wide
4" wide tire fit area
6" bolt circle
7" hub cap dia
4" hole in center of wheel

There are 15 flats to locate the wheel on the hub, 10 outside the bolt circle and 5 inside the bolt circle. All flats are between the holes. The flats are lower than the bottom of the bolt holes.

Any help in identifying would be appreciated.

Are the spokes "bent spokes"? I agree that a picture sure would help with the identification. Apparently kelseys were made for more than the old Fords.
