I've seen one, and they do attach to the bumpers.

They make great wall hangers / garage art these days!

I have one.There are pictures of it on this site if anybody knows how to search and retrieve them.My pictures are long gone from my computer burning up with my house.

I found your old thread its still there with pics.
This was given to me because I turned my pickup into a tow truck with a weaver crane. So I will add it to my truck thou I will never use it. :D
