Thank you Bratton's Antique Auto Parts for youe outstanding customer service !Debbie is usually the person taking phone orders and she is always patient, courteous and professional. Recently, I had a concern with one part from my order. I called and spoke to Jeff. He did not hesitate to send a replacement . I thought i would be returing the part in question but he said " that was not necessary. I'm thankful for the parts suppliers we rely on and Brattons (IMO) is one that stands out. Thank you Brattons !

I've not any issues with questionable parts with Bratton's but have with Berts and Snyders. Both have responded similarly. It's great to have solid vendors that stand behind their products and are responsive.

They are an hour away and very handy, not to mention quick delivery if I want that.

I just bought an Optima Red Top hold down from Bratton's - received notice of shipment ridiculously fast and had the part two days later.

I think this is the fastest any A specialty shop has ever gotten me anything.
