Aristocrat dash?? 1 Attachment(s)
I acquired this steel dash panel in a recent purchase. It had two Rex-A-Co gauges with it (an oil pressure 1-10 psi, and a temperature gauge with the tube cut off). Is this a cheap version of the Aristocrat panel or some knock off? Does it have any real value and can it be made to look like a panel with the engraved center? It does perfectly fit over a round speedometer gauge panel.
Thanks for any help. |
Re: Aristocrat dash?? midget, I have seen the one you are showing, selling in the 250-300. range.
The actual Dun dashes, well one hit 690. on the bay a few weeks back. Apples and oranges in appearance. Brad from Germany is the guy to ask. He has several of them. wonder if a stencil is available to insert on yours? |

In the absence of the cross hatch background pattern on the face, you could woodgrain (in circassion walnut finish) the insert area like this original one with an oval speedometer opening. Note the original Dunn gauges:

Here is an original Aristocrat dash with original Dunn gauges.
The jewel dash light is another aftermarket accessory. |
Re: Aristocrat dash?? so nobody makes contact decals that mirror the original cross hatching?
