Okay, laugh all ya want at this newbie to Model A's :)

Then, if ya don't mind, please tell me which direction the "nub" on the lower door seal faces. Toward the door structure or away from it?

nub faces towards cabin, ; i.e., the upholstery panel bottom edge sits on the nub or bulb part on the closed cab which gets compressed against the metal body sill..
