Running Board Splash Aprons

Are 28-29 running board splash aprons the same as 31? I know 30's are 2 piece but will work on a 31.

Hello, 1928 and 29 are much different than 30-31 , the 1930 are one piece with the running board attached,31 are longer , extending from front fender to rear with a separate running board. Actually some differences between 28 -29 , the judging standards go over them well .
