1941 Floor? Do later floorboards fit my 1941? I will be asking more 11A questions as I explore my recent project. Thanks: Fred A

Re: 1941 Floor? If you are talking about the transmission cover panel any of the later panels should fit. The '41 body is the same body through '48.

Re: 1941 Floor? That must be it, as I used to think the world ended in September, 1940. I'm not even to the point of asking informed questuons of 1941. Thanks: Fred A

Re: 1941 Floor? Fred, the V-8 Club's 41-48 Ford book will be of great help to you if you are moving towards one of those cars.

Re: 1941 Floor? I found the book, put together by the late Ken Brown. It has much of the needed specifics of the truly "Fat Fords". Thanks TJ, Fred A

Re: 1941 Floor? The 41 - 48 floorboard fit my early model year 41 coupe, but for the later years the dimmer switch location is higher up on the floorboard. On mine it is lower than the clutch pedal opening. I had to cut my own hole because the wiring harness to the dimmer switch did not have enough slack to reach up to the 42 - 48 hole.
