How do antique clocks mount in a 29 Tudor?

I'm hoping to purchase an antique Waltham clock for my 29 Tudor. It has a long stem.

Can someone tell me how they mount?
Does anyone have a picture of one mounted in their car?
Thanks, Neil

I don't believe there was any real place for them I have mine mounted on the Header to the right of the mirror about 6 inches to the right of it. Your choice your clock! should have a mounting plate screwed to header. pictures in Those wonderful unauthorized accessories book.

The old service bulletins have the dimensions to mount the accessory clock on the header. Page 91 in the book but page 308 of the bulletins. Also page 444 (194) has a different set of measurements for a newer style bracket.

Here is a picture of the Waltham clock.
It has no mounting bracket.
How can it be mounted on the header?

It would either need a mounting bracket or the header carved out and the clock inset.

Hence the long winding stem.

Here is how my Waltham clock mounted in my Model T. There was a ring mounted to the back of the clock and that was screwed to the car. You could make a ring and use the screws in the back to mount it to the clock.
