Where to start- my first plastic model was the AMT '25 T cpe so after 40yrs I finally got a good solid example. Eng no. is 11,***,*** Photo here. It has some kind of aftermarket disc brakes on the rear. 12V alternator correctly mounted.

Re: First T '25 cpe w original engine-runs/drives Found that the rear drums have large disc rotors welded to the drums and hydraulic Wilwood calipers are mounted to the rear housings. Brake cyl is mounted to a pedal? work fantastic will explore it more, and photos some day. Newc
