This project just keeps snow balling. Honestly I'm not sure why I went as far as taking these off. I want to epoxy prime all I can inside, but I suppose if I don't pull all the wood and prime behind it, thats where it will rust through. |
Re: Rivet quarter window panel What about pop rivets?

Re: Rivet quarter window panel Big Hammer has the right idea, nuts and bolts is what I used on my '31 when I removed some of the rivets, not all mind you...some things you want/need to re-rivet.

Re: Rivet quarter window panel These Tudor inner panels were originally installed with screws so that when the rear windows needed to be installed, the panel was unscrewed and pulled into the car, gaining access to the glass. Otherwise, there was no way to access the window glass.

Re: Rivet quarter window panel Riveting is pretty easy - if you can get to both sides and have the right tools.
