Can anybody tell me what the rearend gear ratio on a stock 39 ford deluxe 85 hp. Looking for a speedometer gear , I was told either a 19 or 21 gear thanks for the help.

Most likely it is 3.78 to 1.

If nobody has changed the rear end over the years check the bottom rib of the center section. You will find two numbers and divide the big number by the small number and that will give you the ratio.
