Good luck, I've been waiting over 2 1/2 months for the 32 conversion I paid for. Promises received, numerous phone calls and emails with no replies.

Life sometimes gets a bit busy this time of the year and that can really affect small business communication, especially a 1-2 man operation. Dennis and Richard are stand up guys and will always take care of their customers.

I have been waiting on an order since September of 2021. They don't answer the phone or call back and will not respond to email. They told me the order was ready for final payment, which was made, in March of last year(2022.)

You can't prove it by me that they take care of the customer.

Seems to be becoming a common problem with many suppliers who have been considered reliable for years.

Their products are well-designed, beautifully-crafted, and the support lit is spot-on. I've never had an issue with Dennis not getting back, often within the hour. Try DM'ing him, it's not always easy to get out from under a car and over to the phone. Dennis carries most of the load now, like others have mentioned, it's virtually a one-man shop.
