Antenna cable ground strap location???
 

I need sharper minds than mine to find location for radio antenna cable ground.
Here’s what the EFV8 1938-39 book says:

This hole should be drilled approximately 3 (inches) above the belt line and in the center of the raised surface in front of the hood ledge.

Not sure where that would be….
