Exhaust baffle - useful or not I have a question regarding the exhaust baffle that were sold by speedway motors. As far as I understood this should divide the exhaust gases of the two center cylinders. Is this item worth to buy it and is it useful?

Re: Exhaust baffle - useful or not If you plan on running at bville it might help somewhat. Other than that????

Re: Exhaust baffle - useful or not The other issue is that the one they sell isn't that great of a fit, the shape is really not that great and it is hard to actually keep them situated where they belong (using their stud attachment method only).
I would not waste my time with it unless you're building a full-bore Bonneville engine and then you should make your own and attach it differently! |
Re: Exhaust baffle - useful or not Yes, the Speedway dividers are not made right and do not fit. They are also drilled wrong for the stud to anchor them.
