Re: Tom Wesenberg has Passed!!

I would guess the stress of the fire that destroyed his house and cars would have contributed to Tom’s death. I do hope he has had a life that fulfilled his aspirations and dreams. I’m sad Tom that you have passed and I want it known to you, his family, should you be reading this. Gary Mexted, Australia.

Tom was a great man. Wealth of Knowledge and shared it freely. As many of you had as well, I Had a few great memories with him. Consider myself blessed to know him as a Model A friend.

Re: Tom Wesenberg has Passed!!

A shock to me! One always hopes for the best, but in this case poor Tom was beset with too much to survive it seems. My heart goes out to Marilee, who held his hand as he died.
He was evidently a lovely, helpful knowledgeable chap and will be missed from the Model A and Studebaker worlds

Re: Tom Wesenberg has Passed!!

Rest in Peace. He is in Paradise now. He suffered quite a lot with the fire. I will miss his very willing and helpful teachings here on FB. Never held back any information.

Re: Tom Wesenberg has Passed!!

Tom was not just a friend but a source of inspiration to the Model A hobby, always freely sharing his knowledge to anyone.

Though we can no longer see or meet you, you will always be alive in my heart (and in the generator in my car). May you rest in eternal peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family and loved ones.

Re: Tom Wesenberg has Passed!!

I have not spoken directly to Tom and have never met him, but whenever i search in this forum for technical advice, i run into his posts. As i am just starting on this hobby, i happen to bump into Tom daily. He will keep on living in these virtual halls as long as we keep this forum going.
