I believe all Model A with 4 doors have suicide rears. AFAIK, 4-door fronts and all 2-door body styles (tudors, coupes, roadsters, etc) are front hinged. Note this applies to production models, not necessarily prototypes, custom bodies, etc.

All these Ford Model T's had suicide doors. The next Ford model to feature suicide front doors was the 1932 Ford Three Window Coupe. Then, for 1933 and 1934, all Fords regardless of body style received suicide front doors.

Around 1910, one of the touring car body builders used suicide rear doors for a short time. Ford used a number of different body builder thought out the production of the T into the Model A era. Not all bodies were built in house. None of the coupes or the 4 door shown above were made by Ford.

They were made to Ford specs. Henry was such a control freak that presumably he wouldn't have left something as major as suicide doors up to the builders.
