Is there a kit to convert the manual steering in a 1954 F1 Ford pick up to power steering or electric steering? It's an original 292 Y-block manual shift. Here's photos of the truck. It's my brother's truck and an arm injury makes steering a bit rigorous.

Check with Sacramento Vintage Ford. As I recall they have a kit that puts a Toyota pickup power box in the F-100. I suspect you could also use an electric unit from a later car.
