Has anyone heard from Purdy Swoft

I haven’t heard from him in some time. Wanted to check and make sure he is safe and healthy. A true gentleman and an asset to FordBarn. Wayne

I think his last post was in March 2021.

Last I talked to Tim was in May 2021. He told me at that time he fell and broke his left hip, then 2 weeks later developed pneumonia. When we talked he had just got home from the hospital.

I have tried several times since then with no response. I hope he is OK.

I miss Purdy too! He has helped me with matters concerning Pertronix coils and Simmons carburetors. Anything he says about Model-A's I take as gospel.:)

I emailed Tim 3 days ago. He always returned my emails in the past the same day. I can only assume the worst but I hope not.

I also sent him 3 emails in the last month all to no avail. I also sent messages to two of his Model A friends with no response. Does anyone know his town or city of residence in Alabama. Also if one of our technical experts can decipher anything from his email address I would be happy to confidentially share same. Somebody should know something. Thanks again, Wayne
