clutch chatter rebuilt clutch and resurfaced fly wheel, pressure plate, and still some chatter when hot. Is it to be expected?

Re: clutch chatter Nope. Are fingers properly adjusted where they all engage at the same time? Improper adjustment is biggest cause of chatter. My 2¢.

Re: clutch chatter I have found a few new clutch disks that weren't made right. They lack the WAVY metal cushion disk between the two friction disks. If you held the clutch between your two fingers you should be able to compress it. Without this cushion the clutch is trying to grab all at once. I have been there, taking it back out is no fun.
