It would be best if you told us what you have already done. Is the new glass run channel installed? Has the glass been cut and the bottom metal channel installed? Since the door latches fit behind the window regulator have you made sure they are in good shape and lubed so you don't have to take them out again for repair?

On which body does the door latches go behind the window regulator? Not the front doors of my tudor.

I have a 5 window coupe and the latch is in front of the window. I'm have quite a time restoring the door glass, everything is new. The glass is in so I guess I won't ever try to move it. I would like to see some production pictures just to see how they did it in 1934.

You are correct. I was thinking about pickup doors rather than passenger cars.
