Fitting tubes in radials, what's this wire rim?

I picked up these wires locally, fronts are Ford but I have no idea what the rears are anyone recognise them what are they off? They are 5" wide so can take a bigger tyre and fit no problem.
Now I need to replace the tyres on the rears so have gone for a 215/85R 16 . I will have to fit tubes like they have now, so anything special I have to do in fitting and balancing them??

If you can see the ends of the spoke on the inside of the wheel, run a liner on the inside. Otherwise the spokes will make holes in the tubes.

When assembling, use a lot of talcum power (baby powder) on the inside.

Rob, with my Kelseys, I run a liner in the well to protect the tube, however, I notice on your [Mopar?] wires, they have an extra row of spokes out towards edge of rim. Not sure if the tire bead will cover that area, if not, you'll possibly need flaps that cover the entire width of rim. Regarding balancing, use dynabeads, best thing since sliced bread.

I found the stem hole too large for radial tube stems and the tire store had little plastic filler bushings to fix that fit. Newc

In my radials I use 16" tractor tubes; these are heavy duty and have the large valve stem. And yes, they work in radials; I've had no issues with this setup
