Best grease for Model A/AA

Just getting into the group and plan to take delivery of my first Model A/AA in a couple of weeks. Bought a Model AA light-express pick-up with 11 foot by 4 1/2 foot oak bed. Truck has been sitting for several years and will need a complete greasing when I take delivery. Question:

1. Best grease for the ole girl?

I have been really enjoying reading all the threads on this forum and look forward to learning and reading a lot more. Many thanks for any help.

Very best regards from Tennessee!

Just about any modern chassis grease will do the trick.

Any quality grease. Except for the water pump. Special grease for that. And you will need an adapter for your gun to fit the original style grease fittings on the truck.

Stingray mentioned the water pump. Use very little grease on it. Especially the rear bushing. A half pump will be plenty for it. The front doesn't take much more. Too much in the rear will go right into the coolant and too much in front will go all over your engine.
