How many bolts to mount 28-29 CCPU cab? How many bolts does it take to mount a 28-29 CCPU cab? There was a hole at each front corner of the seat riser that I covered up when I put a new floor pan in. Should I drill that back out to put a bolt in to attach to frame?

Yes, you should re-drill those holes for bolts at that location. There is a substantial body block that goes under the cab at that point. There are 10 bolts in that cab, 4 are carriage bolts.
Here's a photo of the bolts, including the bolts for the bed to frame. |

Re: How many bolts to mount 28-29 CCPU cab? Four bolts (the last 4 on the right) to mount the bed?

Re: How many bolts to mount 28-29 CCPU cab? Yes, that is correct, the last 4 on the right are for the bed.
The photo shows all of the bolts for the cab and pickup bed that go through the frame. There are other bolts for the bed that hold the wooden bed sills to the bed, and the rear fender brackets to the bed but they don't go through the frame. |
