Turn signals

After installing a turn signal kit, & everything works. The only thing that I sometimes forget to cancel the turn on the switch. Has anyone ever hooked up a 12V buzzer to the system to help the driver notice with the cancelling of the turn. My A runs on a 12volt system. The other option is to put a more visible light where you can see it or a timer.

Yes. I have and it sure does remind you that the turn signals are working. I think most of the vendors here sell a version of this device. I bought mine from Snyders. Mine was so loud that I had to cover it with a piece of tape to make it tolerable.

Something like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/39283537468...Cclp%3A2334524

For my "hidden" turn signal system I drilled a hole thru one of the dash rail screws and inserted a 3mm LED for my indicator.

Blockhead, I have wanted to have a light but didn't know how to do it or what to use. I have a beeper but hate the sound.

How did you wire it, what products did you use?

That is indeed a very neat solution!
Did you wire the LED directly to the indicator?

I used a 3mm pre-wired green LED. My car is 12v. It is wired to my flasher but I imagine you could wire it the same way your beeper is wired. I use the same electronic flasher that Carl G. uses. It has 3 prongs, one for the"Pilot" light.

I try to keep my Town Sedan looking as stock as possible or at least vintage correct  while still adding safety items and other accessories.

The switch for my "hidden" turn signals.
