34 ford front fender tie/front fender air deflector
 

I am trying to figure thi out. I am a little bit confused.Got some answsers in the past about the air deflector that is behind the grill. the answer was tha the air deflector went in below or from the bottom of the front fenders. I WAS LOOKING IN THE 33/34 RESTORATION MANUAL. iT STATES THA IT GOES ABOVE THE FENDERS. I do not know which is correct??. As far as the fender tie , it states that the small screw on top is threr to locate the center of the Grill Does that mean that you have to attach it to the Grii befor installing the Grill. Also the Manual states that on 34s the fender welting is cut at the bottom center of the Grill. 33s were not. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks Stan White. David How would the screw hold the the welting. What I understand is that the welting is cut and both ends are butted together below the Grill on a 34 but not on a 33. Stan
