Vibrating,

My friend has a 1929 2dr. While accelerating over 30mph it starts to vibrate and quits when you let up on the gas, Any thoughts?

Re: Vibrating,

Where do you feel it ? Thru the steering wheel or seat of your pants ?

How does it act if you leave the throttle at the position and push in the clutch pedal ?

Re: Vibrating,

My Tourer was the same. It was like the tingling one gets in one's hands from perhaps a lawn mower or power tool that maybe out of balance. I replaced the rear engine mounts with floater mounts. The problem solved.
Whilst that remedy addressed my problem it may not, of course, solve your friends.
