front wishbone and axle
 

i have a couple of front wishbones and front axles that i am trying to identify. i think they are off a 36 but not sure i have a 34 cabriolet that i have been told has a later front end in it. how do i identify what year the front wishbone is and what year the front axle is

34 has spring above.
35 on has spring in front.
35/36 wishbones flare out in front of the axle.
37-40 are straight in front of the axle.

are the spring perch holes in the axles all in the same place is there a measurement that would tell which is which

32-36 are the same, 37 up are wider.
