36 pickup headlight bucket difference in the mounts
 

After 9 years of working on this project, we are getting color on. My body guy painted the headlight buckets, and noticed the mounts wear in different places. When I put them on I did not notice this. The buckets look the same, but the mounts are not the same. One is closer to the front then the other. I have 3 that are the same, and closer to the front. The 4 one is closer to the back. The only difference in the bucket seems to be where the mounts are located. I will be using the ones that are located closer to the front. I'm hoping they are correct. If any barners have information, Please chime in. As always, Thanks for your help! Ron

Aren't the buckets with the mounts closer to the rear for big trucks, or for 1937 pickups ?

Ron, You have 3 of the correct headlight buckets (50-13005/6) and one for later trucks (cab over?) (79-13005/6) Here are two images comparing the buckets.
