Horn rod in a 30 deluxe sedan

Is there enough headroom to pull a horn rod out of a 30 deluxe sedan without messing with the steering box?

You will have to loosen the steering box from the frame and remove the column support under the dash to allow the column to drop down in order to remove the horn rod.
