160 Series Slant Window Sedan ID

Literature states that Ford, Briggs and Murray all made the 160 series slant window 4drs in 1931. It also indicates that all the bodies were made with the arched windows to match the Murray style. The Briggs bodies had firewall body tags, it appears the Murray's and the Fords did not. The Briggs used D nuts and the Murray's I presume used cage nuts. What were the fasteners used on the Ford body? Were they square nuts without cage or ?????

If you have any additional information on these bodies it would be appreciated. I may have errors in my knowledge so please point that out. I am trying to ID a 160.

Go to Vince Falters forever 4 website and there’s a full article on his site about the differences

I have never seen a body tag on an indented firewall. It appears that they stopped putting them on in the transition.

The only way I found I had a 160-B built by Murray was the muslin fabric under the original seat covers was ink stamped “Murray Body Corp”.
