I picked up a pretty nice pair of 30-31 head lights that have brass buckets. i think I remember reading about them some where. does anyone know anything about them.

John, I once had a set of brass head lamps that were painted Black on the outside but were brass that showed on the inside of the lamp case. These had stainless headlight rings. Since these were Black, I assumed they were just a commercial lamp. I will look for the A-13011 drawings the next time I am at Benson and see if there is any drawings or an EI on them.

Brent they look to be chrome plated and the rings and rivets are brass to. the Ford script on both is perfect. I will be putting them up to sell shortly.
