Does the crab and helmet use the same points?
 

I pickup up an adapter for a crab distributor that I want to use on my spare flathead and wondered if it uses the same points as my helmet. I have an extra points set for the helmet.

I think so, if it is one of the later helmet jobs. There are people that are more expert, though who will give a more definitive answer.

The Long answer is :If it’s a 32-36 helmet the answer is no

The points you need are 4 part as opposed to the early 3 part 32 to 36 .
